§ 40-3-115 — Civil penalty for violating injunction
The attorney general, upon petition to the court, may recover,
on behalf of the state, a civil penalty of not more than five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per violation from any person who
violates the terms of an injunction issued under W.S. 40-3-114.
