§ 37-3-205 — Prohibition against recovery of cost of stored gas
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 3 RATES, INTERCHANGE OF SERVICES AND SAFETY·Art. 2 NATURAL GAS STORAGE LIMITS AND RATES
A natural gas utility shall not be permitted to recover from its
customers any cost related to any natural gas in storage upon
which the utility was not permitted by the public service
commission to earn a rate of return.
