§ 37-3-202 — Commission duty to enforce
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 3 RATES, INTERCHANGE OF SERVICES AND SAFETY·Art. 2 NATURAL GAS STORAGE LIMITS AND RATES
(a)The public service commission shall:
(i)Review the quantities of gas stored by natural
gas utilities and included in the rate base of those utilities;
and
(ii)Bring those utilities into compliance with W.S.
