Text
(a)Any person may file with the clerk a petition for the
appointment of a conservator of the property of the absent owner
when the following conditions exist:
(i)A person owns property located in this state and
his location is unknown and no provision for care, control and
supervision of the property has been made; and
(ii)The property is likely to be lost or damaged or
the dependents of the owner are likely to be deprived of means
of support because of the absence of the owner.
(b)The petition shall state:
(i)The name, age and last known address of the
proposed ward and the names and addresses of the spouse and
children of the proposed ward or of his parents if the proposed
ward has no spouse or children or if he is a minor. If there
