26-4-105(b). The commissioner shall promptly notify the insurer of any impending expiration of its certificate of authority.
(c)The commissioner, upon the insurer's request made
within three (3) months after expiration, may reinstate a
certificate of authority which the insurer has permitted to
expire, after the insurer has:
(i)Cured all failures which resulted in the
expiration; and
(ii)Paid the reinstatement fee specified in W.S.
