(e)All insurers or persons otherwise licensed or
registered under this article shall inform the commissioner by
any means acceptable to the commissioner, or as specified by
rule and regulation of the commissioner, of any change of
address, telephone number, email address or other contact
information that is on file with the department within thirty
(30)days of the change.
