§ 14-3-503 — Covered platforms; age verification; liability; limitations
Wyoming·Title 14 Children·Ch. 3 PROTECTION·Art. 5 AGE VERIFICATION FOR WEBSITES WITH OBSCENE MATERIAL
(a)Any parent or guardian of a minor who is aggrieved by
a violation of W.S. 14-3-502 shall have a cause of action on the
minor's behalf against the covered platform that violated W.S.
