Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-421 (2026).
Text
The results of any medical or mental examination authorized or
ordered by the court shall be reported to the court in writing
and signed by the person making the examination. The results may
not be considered by the court prior to adjudication but may be
considered only in making a disposition under this act. Copies
of the examination reports shall be made available to the
child's parents, guardian, custodian or attorney upon request.
