§ 14-3-417 — Subpoenas for witnesses and evidence
Upon application of any party to the proceeding, the clerk shall
issue and the court on its own motion may issue subpoenas
requiring the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the
production of records, documents or other tangible evidence at
any hearing.
