Text
After the petition is filed, all proceedings are governed by the
Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure and the Wyoming Rules of
Evidence. Petitioner, the proposed ward or his custodian may
demand a jury trial as provided by the Wyoming Rules of Civil
Procedure.
