§ 26-28-119 — Sections constituting Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act; interpretation and construction
(a)W.S. 26-28-101(a)(i) through (v) and (vii) through
(xiii), 26-28-103, 26-28-104 and 26-28-112 through 26-28-119
constitute and may be referred to as the Uniform Insurers
Liquidation Act.
(b)The Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act shall be so
interpreted and construed as to carry out its general purpose to
make uniform the law of those states that enact it. To the
extent that its provisions when applicable conflict with other
provisions of this chapter, the provisions of that act control.
