§ 11-25-306 — Penalties
Wyoming·Title 11 Agriculture, Livestock and Other Animals·Ch. 25 WYOMING GAMING COMMISSION·Art. 3 SKILL BASED AMUSEMENT GAMES
Any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than ten thousand
dollars ($10,000.00), imprisoned for not more than six (6)
months, or both. Each violation of this section shall constitute
a separate offense.
