§ 22-24-412 — Petitions; filing by sponsors
Petitions may be filed with the secretary of state if signed by
a sufficient number of qualified registered voters as required
by the Wyoming constitution. Petitions may be filed only within
ninety (90) days after the adjournment of the legislative
session at which the act was passed.
