(a)The board of nursing shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the governor. Five (5) members shall be registered nurses, one (1) member shall be a licensed practical nurse and one (1) member shall be a representative of the public. Membership shall be restricted to no more than one
(1)person who is associated with a particular agency, educational institution, corporation or other enterprise or subsidiary at one time. Membership shall represent various geographical areas of Wyoming.
(b)Each registered nurse member of the board shall be a resident of this state, licensed in good standing under the provisions of this act, currently engaged in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse and shall have had no less than five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse, at
