Text
(a)Subject to W.S. 17-21-806, a partnership is bound by a
partner's act after dissolution that:
(i)Is appropriate for winding up the partnership
business; or
(ii)Would have bound the partnership under W.S.
17-21-301 before dissolution, if the other party to the
transaction does not have notice of the dissolution.
