§ 17-21-406 — Remedies of partnership and partners
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 21 UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT·Art. 4 RELATIONS OF PARTNERS TO EACH OTHER
(a)A partnership may maintain an action against a partner
for a breach of the partnership agreement or for the violation
of any duty to the partnership causing harm to the partnership.
(b)A partner may maintain an action against the
partnership or another partner for legal or equitable relief,
including an accounting as to partnership business, to:
(i)Enforce a right under the partnership agreement;
(ii)Enforce a right under this chapter, including:
(A)The partner's rights under W.S. 17-21-401,
17-21-403 and 17-21-404;
(B)The partner's right on dissociation to have
the partner's interest in the partnership purchased pursuant to
W.S. 17-21-701 or enforce any other right under article 6 or 7
of this chapter; or
(C)The partner's right to compel a dissolution
and winding up of the partn
