Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, all partners are liable jointly and severally for all obligations of the partnership unless otherwise agreed by the claimant or provided by law.
(b)Except as provided by subsections (c) and (d) of this section, a partner of a registered limited liability partnership is not liable, directly or indirectly (including by way of indemnification, contribution, assessment or otherwise), for any debts, obligations or liabilities of, or chargeable to, the registered limited liability partnership or another partner or partners, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, solely by reason of being such a partner or acting (or omitting to act) in such capacity or otherwise participating (as an employee, consultant, contractor or otherwise)
