Text
The trustees of each school district shall, on or before the
first day of December after receiving notification of their
election or within ten (10) days after receiving notification of
their appointment and before assuming the duties of their
offices, appear before some person qualified to administer oaths
and take an oath for the faithful performance of their duties as
required by law.
