(a)The amount of money which shall be distributed to each district in accordance with this article from the public school foundation program account shall be determined by subtracting the sum of the district revenues computed in accordance with W.S. 21-13-310 from the total amount of the foundation program computed in accordance with W.S. 21-13-309.
(b)Repealed By Laws 1997 Special Session, ch. 3, § 304.
(c)The amount of the foundation account which is not distributed in any year, for any reason, shall be held in the foundation account for distribution in subsequent years in accordance with this article.
(d)Effective school year 2011-2012 and each school year thereafter, no foundation program funds distributed under subsection (a) of this section shall be expended by any district for c
