Text
(a)With the advice and consent of the senate the governor
shall appoint a director for the department who shall serve
under the direction of the governor and who may be removed by
the governor as provided in W.S. 9-1-202.
(b)The director shall:
(i)Manage and supervise the department;
(ii)Repealed By Laws 1999, ch. 149, § 1.
(c)Appointments and terms under this section shall be in
accordance with W.S. 28-12-101 through 28-12-103.
