§ 35-2-911 — Nonbinding functional assessments
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 9 LICENSING AND OPERATIONS
The department may, with the consent of the person seeking
admission into a nursing care facility or his representative,
conduct a nonbinding functional assessment for that person at
the state's expense.
