§ 35-2-908 — Rules and regulations
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 9 LICENSING AND OPERATIONS
The department shall promulgate and enforce reasonable rules and
regulations necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare
of patients of health care facilities licensed under this act.
