(a)Except as otherwise provided in this section every licensed health care facility shall be periodically inspected by the division under rules and regulations promulgated by the department. A licensed health care facility which has been accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by federal regulations shall be granted a license renewal without further inspection. Inspection reports shall be prepared on forms prescribed by the division. Licensees accredited by the nationally recognized accrediting body shall submit the inspection report pursuant to its accreditation. If the standards of the nationally recognized accrediting body fail to meet or exceed the state standards for licensure, the division may inspect the licensed facility with regard to those matters which d
