§ 35-2-902 — License required
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 9 LICENSING AND OPERATIONS
No person shall establish any health care facility in this state
without a valid license issued pursuant to this act.
