§ 35-2-722 — Liberal construction
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 7 RURAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICTS
The provisions of this article pertaining to bonding, being
necessary to secure the public health, safety, convenience and
welfare, shall be liberally construed to effect its purposes.
