§ 35-2-720 — Trustees may accept grants
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 7 RURAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICTS
The trustees may accept grants of money or materials or property
of any kind from the federal government, the state, including
any agency or political subdivision, or any person upon terms
and conditions as the federal government, the state, including
any agency or political subdivision, or person may impose.
