§ 35-2-436 — Liberal construction
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITAL DISTRICTS
This act being necessary to secure the public health, safety,
convenience and welfare, shall be liberally construed to effect
its purposes.
