§ 35-2-433 — Powers and responsibility of board of trustees
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITAL DISTRICTS
The board of trustees have plenary powers and responsibility for
the acquisition, construction, and completion of all projects
authorized by the resolution to issue revenue securities or
refunding securities.
