§ 35-2-1109 — Applicability
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 2 HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH·Art. 11 HEALTH CARE FACILITY RECEIVERSHIP
The receivership provisions of W.S 1-33-101 through 1-33-110
shall apply to actions under this act to the extent that they do
not conflict with this act.
