Text
(a)There shall be collected by selling agents a
nonresident snowmobile user fee for nonresident snowmobiles
operated in Wyoming as follows:
(i)Repealed By Laws 2014, Ch. 30, § 2.
(ii)For any nonresident snowmobile not exempt under
subsection (f) of this section $75.00 annually;
(iii)For an antique snowmobile $25.00 paid at the
time of registration.
(b)The selling agent shall forward to the department of
state parks and cultural resources the original copy of the
snowmobile user fee form together with:
(i)Repealed By Laws 2014, Ch. 30, § 2.
(ii)The snowmobile user fee as provided in paragraph
(a)(ii) of this section minus one dollar ($1.00);
(iii)All voluntary fees collected under subsection
(h)of this section.
(c)There is hereby created a snowmobile trails account.
