Text
(a)The person inspecting the mine shall make an accurate
report covering each inspection showing:
(i)The date of inspection;
(ii)The condition in which the mine is found;
(iii)The extent to which safety laws relating to
mines are violated;
(iv)The progress made in the improvement of the
health and safety of the employees;
(v)The number and cause of injuries and death
resulting from accidents in and around the mine;
(vi)If any violations of the mine safety laws, rules
or regulations are found, the specific section or sections
violated, with recommendations for correcting them, and the
action taken to eliminate them.
(b)Within seven (7) days after the completion of the
inspection, reports shall be posted and distributed as follows:
