Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 26-2-129 (2026).
Text
(a)An appeal shall be taken only:
(i)From the commissioner's order on hearing; or
(ii)As to a matter on which the commissioner fails
to:
(A)Hold a hearing after application therefor
under W.S. 26-2-125; or
(B)Make and enter his order on hearing as
required by W.S. 26-2-128.
(b)All such appeals shall be taken as provided by the
Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act for contested cases.
(c)This section does not prohibit recourse to injunction
or other appropriate emergency proceedings in proper
circumstances.
