Text
A public school or school district that previously enrolled an
ESA student shall provide an education service provider that has
enrolled the ESA student with a complete copy of the ESA
student's school records as necessary, while complying with 20
U.S.C. § 1232g, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of
1974.
