§ 2-2-303 — Citations; requirements generally; contents
(a)Citations shall be directed to the person to be cited,
signed by the clerk, and issued under the seal of the court, and
shall contain:
(i)The title of the proceeding;
(ii)A brief statement of the nature of the
proceeding; and
(iii)A direction that the person cited appear at a
time and place specified.
