§ 17-19-726 — Other methods of electing directors
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 19 WYOMING NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT·Art. 7 MEMBERS' MEETINGS AND VOTING
(a)A corporation may provide in its articles or bylaws
for election of directors by members or delegates:
(i)On the basis of chapter or other organizational
unit;
(ii)By region or other geographic unit;
(iii)By preferential voting; or
(iv)By any other reasonable method.
