§ 17-19-601 — Admission
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 19 WYOMING NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT·Art. 6 MEMBERS AND MEMBERSHIPS
(a)The articles or bylaws may establish criteria or
procedures for admission of members.
(b)No person shall be admitted as a member without his
consent.
