§ 17-19-122 — Filing, service and copying fees
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 19 WYOMING NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a)The secretary of state shall collect the following
fees when the documents described in this subsection are
delivered for filing:
Document Fee
(i)Articles of Incorporation......$50.00
(ii)Repealed By Laws 2014, Ch. 65, § 2.
(iii)Repealed By Laws 2014, Ch. 65, § 2.
(iv)Amendment of articles of
incorporation.................................$25.00
(v)Application for certificate of authority
..............................................$50.00
(vi)Application for certificate of existence or
authorization.................................$20.00
(vii)Application for conversion..........$75.00
(b)The secretary of state shall collect a fee of five
dollars ($5.00) upon being served with process under this act.
