Text
(a)Vehicles used for transporting other vehicles may be
operated singly, or in combinations by the towbar, saddlemount
or full-mount methods, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
(i)No more than one (1) towbar may be used in any
such combination;
(ii)Notwithstanding W.S. 31-5-1009 and
31-18-802(a)(iv), no more than three (3) saddlemounts may be
used in any combination except additional vehicles may be
transported when safely loaded upon the frame of a vehicle in a
properly assembled saddlemount combination and the overall
length of the saddlemount combination does not exceed ninety-
seven (97) feet;
(iii)Towed vehicles in a triple saddlemount
combination shall have brakes acting on all wheels which are in
contact with the roadway;
