§ 17-18-205 — Bondholder definition
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 18 WYOMING MANAGEMENT STABILITY ACT·Art. 2 BONDHOLDER PROTECTION PROVISIONS
The term bondholder shall include the owners of any debt
instrument to which bondholder protections are extended.
