§ 18-5-305 — Enforcement; rules and regulations
Each board shall enforce this article and in accordance with the
Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act shall adopt such rules and
regulations as necessary to implement the provisions of and to
insure compliance with the intent and purposes of this article.
