§ 18-11-101 — Solid waste disposal districts; creation
(a)Each board of county commissioners may establish by
resolution one (1) or more solid waste disposal districts
composed of any portion of the county. Solid waste disposal
districts consolidated under W.S. 18-11-106 may be composed of
any portion of two (2) or more counties in accordance with W.S.
