§ 11-17-209 — (b) Nothing in this article shall apply to: (i) A medicated feed; (ii) A product registered with the department and recognized as a pesticide; (iii) Any animal remedy intended solely for investigational, experimental or laboratory use by qualified persons, provided the animal remedy is plainly labeled "for investigational use only"; (iv) Any person licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Wyoming, when acting within the scope of that license
