§ 17-21-1001 — Uniformity of application and construction
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 21 UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT·Art. 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its
general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the
subject of this chapter among states enacting it.
