§ 17-19-802 — Qualifications of directors
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 19 WYOMING NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT·Art. 8 DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
All directors shall be individuals. The articles or bylaws may
prescribe additional qualifications for directors.
