§ 33-16-518 — Funeral director; license required; qualifications
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 16 EMBALMERS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS, UNDERTAKERS AND·Art. 5 FUNERAL SERVICE PRACTITIONERS ACT
It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of
funeral directing without being granted a license as a funeral
service practitioner or permitted as a funeral director under a
permit originally issued prior to July 1, 2014 as provided in
W.S. 33-16-520.
