The Wyoming state board of funeral service practitioners is created to regulate the practice of professional funeral service in Wyoming in order to safeguard life, health and property and to promote the public welfare. The board shall consist of five

(5)persons to be appointed by the governor. The governor may remove from office any member of the board as provided in W.S.
