§ 21-16-716 — Obligations as legal investments
Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 16 HIGHER EDUCATION GENERALLY·Art. 7 WYOMING HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY
The obligations of the authority are legal investments which may
be used as collateral for public funds of the state, insurance
companies, financial institutions, savings and loan
associations, investment companies, trustees and other
fiduciaries which may properly and legally invest funds in their
control or belonging to them in obligations of the authority.
