§ 21-16-713 — Information sharing
Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 16 HIGHER EDUCATION GENERALLY·Art. 7 WYOMING HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY
Colleges in this state shall furnish to the authority and to
financial institutions information necessary to properly
administer this article. Upon request, the authority may
regularly furnish information on higher education student loan
transactions to colleges.
