§ 21-16-707 — Revenue obligations; amount authorized

Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 16 HIGHER EDUCATION GENERALLY·Art. 7 WYOMING HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY

The authority may issue at one time or from time to time, and
subject to the express approval of the governor after a public
hearing following reasonable public notice, revenue obligations
in an aggregate amount outstanding at any one time not to exceed
one hundred twenty-five million dollars ($125,000,000.00).
