§ 21-16-702 — Definitions
Wyoming·Title 21 Education·Ch. 16 HIGHER EDUCATION GENERALLY·Art. 7 WYOMING HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY
(a)As used in this article:
(i)"Authority" means the Wyoming higher education
assistance authority;
(ii)"Board" means the board of directors of the
authority;
(iii)"College" means any accredited institution
offering higher education;
(iv)"Financial institution" means any banking
corporation or institution engaged primarily in lending or
investing funds and authorized to do business in the state;
(v)"Higher education" means any program, curriculum
or combination of courses or subjects generally accepted as
necessary to fulfill requirements for the attainment of a
predetermined and identified educational, professional or
vocational objective higher than graduation from high school;
(vi)"Obligations" means notes, warrants, bonds,
temporary bonds and anticipation notes issued by the aut
